Craps

Are you ready to trade risk for rewards as you gamble on the roll of the dice? There’s not much to beat the rush of rolling the bones as you play Craps at top-rated Canadian online casinos, and we’re here to help you do it.

It’s Not As Confusing As You Think

Craps has a reputation for being a bit bewildering, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s actually pretty basic, and not half as complex as it may seem. The 1st thing we’ll explain is that when you look at the game table, you’re seeing double: it was designed so that people at both ends could play it at the same time. Imagine a Roulette table where everything has been duplicated. It’s a bit crowded, and the fact that there are 2 of everything could overwhelm novice gamblers!

Quick Steps to Getting Started

1.       Learn a little about how the table is laid out, and spend some time memorising the lingo

2.       Place your bet before the Come Out Roll

3.       Decide where on the table you’re going to place your chips

4.       Roll the dice

5.       If your wager wins it or ties you’ll be paid out! Make sure to study the odds so you know what to expect

Now that things are slightly less mystifying, we can break the game down a little further for you.

There are 2 phases, the Come Out Roll phase and then the Point phase.

The Come Out Roll is the first real part of your online Craps adventure, and you’ll need to place your bet on the table, either Pass or Don’t Pass. Every game will have a Shooter, and this phase will have the Shooter aiming to roll a 7 or 11 dice total. If those numbers come up, Pass Line wagers will win. If a 2, 3, or 12 occurs, however, the game ends, and a new Shooter takes over. Any other number becomes the Point for the game.

In the Point phase, the Shooter will need to roll that number before a 7 for Pass Line stakes to win. If a 7 lands, these bets lose, and the Don’t Pass Line wagers will pay out.

Believe it or not, these are the only rules you really need to know before you play Craps online for real money rewards. Beginners can stick to these 2 bets for as long as they like, and can start exploring the other options when they feel ready. The way the table is structured reveals how many other wagers are possible, but you can start with just these 2 and make your way from there.

A Brief Breakdown of the Rules

Craps is not impossible, or even very difficult to learn or to play, so don’t let the table layout and foreign words intimidate you. Use these pointers to get started, and then take your time getting comfortable with the rest of the rules when you’re ready!

Are you ready to start playing Craps online and winning?
